Free Gym Program for Teens – Thumbs up GoodLife Fitness!

When I was a teenager, I was really inactive. I had no idea how important a healthy lifestyle was and how much it would continue to impact me decades later, both in the lack of the development of an exercise routine and a struggle with weight.

To be honest, part of the reason I never thought about joining a gym as a teen was lack of money to do so – while my family wasn’t poor, we only had enough money for certain things and a gym membership wasn’t one of them!

I recently read, however, that GoodLife Fitness has realized that starting teens in a healthy lifestyle and providing access to all teens is happening with their FREE (yes, I did say free!) Teen Fitness program this summer! I had no idea, but apparently this program is in its third year!

GoodLife Fitness is striving to be a part of the solution for a healthier future for Canadian Teens. That’s why, for the third year in a row, GoodLife Fitness is offering a FREE Teen Fitness Program from coast-to-coast this summer for youth between the ages of 12 and 17-years-old, from July 3rd to August 31st.

Online registration for the program opened June 1st at with the clubs opening their doors for teens on July 3rd. All teens who register for the program will be given a full orientation that outlines: club etiquette, safety guidelines, workout tips, safe and proper use of strength and cardio machines, Group EXercise classes, and appropriate apparel.

    June 14- I am really pleased that GoodLIfe Fitness is offering this program for teens in the summer. This is a time in teens’ lives to begin good fitness habits and what a wonderful way to start. They should see results within a month to six-weeks and this should be massive encouragement to keep it up if they can.–Kudo’s to Good LIfe Fitness. -el03ro
