Mark’s YogaWear Makes Exercise Beautiful – Giveaway (Canada)

Working out doesn’t come naturally to me – if you read my weekly updates you know that I struggle to go to the gym. One of the reasons (other than I hate sweating!) is that I’ve never feel “pretty” when I’m at the gym. I see other women in their beautiful, coordinated outfits and I’ve always wished that I could find something that is both fashionable and functional!

Mark’s has realized that you can combine beautiful clothes that are also fashionable with their YogaWear line.

I received two pieces to try – a 100 Wash Yoga Jacket in Powder Blue and 100 Wash Modern Fit Flare Yoga Pants.

I love both pieces – the Yoga Jacket is really attractive (blue is one of my favourite colours and the Powder Blue reminds me of the sky on a summer day!). It has a full zipper so I can remove it easily when I start working up a sweat without having to struggle. I like the zip side pockets as well and the cut is perfect – it has a slim fit and really accentuates and flatters my figure without looking bulky! This jacket looks so good that I can wear it to the gym and when I’m running errands around town – not something I’d normally do with my workout wear!

And the Flare Yoga Pants? They fit me so well around my hips – I was amazed to be honest! Often I find yoga pants are tight and bulky but these pants fit comfortably and are stretchy (which allows me to move easily) without clinging in the wrong places! I found the flared leg to be really attractive as well and very flattering to my figure! As I am really short, however, these pants were a bit long so I had them altered. That being said, it was well worth it for the fit and comfort that they provided!

One of the greatest aspects of these clothes, to me, is how they wash and wear! They are guaranteed to look like new for 100 washes and I’ve found that they really live up to this promise! I wash my workout wear and hang it to dry which, as a result, often leaves them feeling stiff. With my Mark’s YogaWear, however, that wasn’t a problem! Both pieces wash well and remained soft and silky even after hanging them to dry!

Overall, I’m really impressed with the YogaWear line.from Mark’s! I’m going to head out and get myself a pair of the Yoga Capri Pants next because I know that I look great and I feel great when I’m working out in my Mark’s YogaWear!
